To begin the return process, call us at 1-888-325-2688, or send us an email at [email protected] with your order confirmation number, description of the item(s) to be returned and the reason for your return. Unused, neverinstalled items returned in the original packaging within 15 days of receipt are eligible for a full refund minus shipping and handling costs. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on items with custom modifications, or special orders. If your order arrives damaged or is defective, we will either replace your order or refund your payment
