They became the new owners of Alcott & Bentley, a well-established retail shop in Louisville known for its historic lighting and ceiling fans. With a vision to offer unique, high-quality products along with exceptional customer service, they transformed Alcott & Bentley into an award-winning showroom in the area.

Allyson is deeply committed to the showroom's success. She takes great pride in curating and maintaining the showroom's collection, ensuring that it continues to offer distinctive and top-notch products to the Louisville community. Her approach to leadership as the owner is characterized by inclusivity and a genuine respect for her team. She values their input and contributions to the operations of the business, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Outside of her responsibilities at the showroom, Allyson enjoys spending her free time in nature and exploring the arts. She also has a passion for cooking and shares her life with a Boston Terrier named Millie. This blend of professional dedication and personal interests contributes to the success and unique character of Alcott & Bentley as a business.

TiffanyTiffany

Tiffany Zipperle is our showroom manager and senior lighting designer at Alcott & Bentley. She has an impressive decade-long career and has developed a deep passion for the industry. Tiffany firmly believes that quality, well-placed lighting plays a crucial role in enhancing any project and is always up for a lighting challenge.

Tiffany is known for her meticulous attention to detail, practical approach, and patience, all of which are qualities highly valued by her clients. Her work has gained recognition and has been featured in publications such as The Courier Journal, The Voice, Great Day Live!, and My Southern Home.

Outside of her professional life, Tiffany enjoys spending her spare time organizing her home while listening to podcasts. She also relishes dining out with her husband and doting on her two Pitbull dogs, Samson and Rosie.

NatalieNatalie

Natalie is a native of Louisville, Kentucky, and a graduate of the University of Louisville, where she earned a degree in Art History. Her upbringing was closely tied to her father's wood shop, which provided her with the opportunity to learn about the intricacies of cabinetry and custom furniture building. This early exposure to the world of construction and remodeling design gave her a unique understanding of how good design impacts every aspect of a home, from the floor plan to architectural lighting.

During her time in school, Natalie directed her studies towards various aspects of design, including historic architecture, curatorial studies, and interior design. This diverse range of educational interests allowed her to acquire a well-rounded knowledge of different aspects of design.

Natalie's passion for design through history is reflected in her own design style, which can be described as eclectic with a strong focus on incorporating historic design elements into her work. Her background and interests have equipped her with a unique perspective and expertise in the field of design, making her well-suited to creating spaces that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

Outside of work, Natalie can be found hiking, exploring museums, enjoying Louisville’s vibrant restaurant scene with her husband, or working on her latest sewing project.

HaileyHailey

Hailey is a student at Bellarmine University, pursuing a degree in Design, Arts & Technology with a focus on Digital Art. Despite hailing from a small town, her passion for design led her to the vibrant city of Louisville. As she trains to become a lighting designer, she leverages her skills in photography to capture snapshots of the showroom and to document the completed projects by the design team.

Additionally, Hailey's expertise in creative platforms allows her to curate and manage the social media presence of Alcott & Bentley. This role is crucial in showcasing the company's work, attracting clients, and sharing the latest design trends and accomplishments with a wider audience. Her combination of design skills, photography, and digital art knowledge make her an asset to the team, helping to promote and market the projects of Alcott & Bentley.

DanielDaniel

Daniel May is a high school student who plays a part-time role in contributing to the success of Alcott & Bentley. When he's not busy with his work at the showroom or his studies, Daniel showcases his musical talent as a skilled bassist. He has a particular affinity for classical music and is an active participant in the Louisville Youth Orchestra, where he lends his bass-playing abilities to create beautiful music.

It's evident that Daniel has a bright future ahead, and his interests and dedication to his musical pursuits and part-time role as a warehouse specialist reflect his commitment to personal and professional growth. His contributions to the team and his passion for music add a unique dimension to the showroom's collective identity.
